Gerber daisies are the fifth most popular cut flower in the world. They have a long vase life and come in an vast array of colors making them so easy to please just about anyone.

  • Gerberas are naturally available in ALL colors, beside blue.

  • Gerberas have a vase life of up to 14 days.

  • They were first discovered in 1880 by Robert Jameson while operating a gold mine in Transvall, South Africa where you can still see them growing in the wild.

  • The gerbera flower is actually a cluster of hundreds of individual little flowers.

  • They were not produced in North America until the early 1920s.

  • Gerbera are known to attract bees and butterflies.
