Chuao Chocolatier is an artisan Venezuelan chocolate company based in Encinitas, CA in North County San Diego. Their story began when their founder Chef Michael Antonorsi infused his Venezuelan cooking with his enriching food and travel experiences. He began making chocolate and combining exciting flavors together to create delicious and nuanced products. And it really stands out!
We have been munching on these chocolates for years now, and once our chocolate inventory ran low, we decided to do a comprehensive order of new flavors and offer them in the store as well!
